The head of the Civil Military Administration Vitaly Ganchev in the Kharkov province announced that the Ukrainian Nazi groups had arrested seven students from Sri Lanka and took them to an unknown destination.
"We have received information that the Ukrainian Nazi units arrested seven students from Sri Lanka who were studying at the Kobyansk Medical College and took them to an unknown destination," Ganchev was quoted by the Sputnik news agency as saying.
"Given the well-known methods of action of the Ukrainian security forces, we do not rule out the implementation of provocations against the administration of the Kharkov province and Russia, and it is very likely that the detained foreigners will be used to fabricate false news such as Bucha and Izyum," he added.
Ganchev confirmed earlier that the residents of Kharkov province are being held hostage by Kyiv forces and subjected to humiliation and torture.
