A 22-year-old man died overnight from Saturday to Sunday in Vitry-sur-Orne (Moselle) after being injured by a firearm, and the Thionville prosecutor's office opened an investigation into intentional homicide, AFP learned Sunday September 18 from concordant sources.

," said the public prosecutor of Thionville, Brice Partouche.
The victim was shot dead around 1:30 a.m. in a street in this small town in Moselle, near Amnéville.
She died about an hour after the rescue operation, according to a source familiar with the matter.
