Promises to sell homes worth more than 3 million euros soared in the second quarter of 2022 - by 40% compared to the same period in 2019, according to the luxury real estate network Daniel Féau.
This is an increase of 20% for properties from 2 to 3 million euros.

Ultra-luxury is now clearly a safe haven for buyers with deep pockets.
"The market is superactive and, beyond 3 million euros, it has completely exploded,"
confirms Richard Tzipine, managing director of Barnes.
