Yahya Al-Mafalani, a member of the People’s Assembly from Daraa Governorate, expressed his optimism about the local council elections that took place on time without any obstacles, pointing out that these elections are the gateway to advancing reality by bringing those who deserve to the right place, while voter Khaled Al-Salamat confirmed that he participates in choosing the best to achieve the aspirations of citizens. .
For his part, Shadi Al-Kayed, head of the electoral center in Izraa School, the first station, explained that the head and members of the center work according to the instructions and provide assistance to all voters, pointing out that the elections are taking place with ease. Election to choose whom it deems most qualified for the next stage and who can work to provide a better service reality.
Citizen Zuhair Al-Yacoub pointed out that participating in the elections is the correct way to bring the right person to the right place, especially in the Sheikh Miskin area, which is witnessing the first elections for the local administration after its liberation from terrorism.
Basil Al-Obeid, head of the electoral center in Sheikh Miskin City Council, confirmed that the elections are taking place with ease, transparency and in an optimal manner, while the educational cadres in the Daraa Education Directorate made it clear that participating in the local administration elections is a right and a duty to improve the service reality and advance the educational process.
In statements to SANA reporter Benin, the head of the electoral center in the Daraa Education Directorate, Husam al-Musleh, that the electoral center began to receive voters from the morning after preparing all the requirements of the electoral process, explaining that in the early morning the boxes were opened to ensure that they were empty and that they were duly re-closed in front of the candidates’ agents and some local media to begin The voters put conditions there, pointing out that elections are a right and a duty for every citizen to select cadres capable of improving the service reality while promoting the educational process.
One of the cadres of the Directorate of Education, Nidal Doumani, confirmed that the local administration elections are an opportunity to change society for the better by electing cadres capable of managing the next stage, assuming responsibilities and moving forward in the education process.
The school, Sawsan Hussein, pointed out the necessity of involving women in local councils, because they have proven their ability in all fields, especially the educational field, in the care and establishment of generations.
Saeed Al-Smadi, a retired teacher, stressed the necessity of selecting efficient cadres capable of leading the next stage and combating some concepts of ignorance and backwardness that resulted from the repercussions of the terrorist war on Syria while establishing the concepts of science and knowledge.
Hussein Al-Ahmad Muallem indicated that participation in the local administration elections comes out of loyalty to the blood of the martyrs and an expression of the Syrians' desire for life and change according to new foundations set by the state within the local administration law.
