Thunderstorms are affecting the Pearl River Estuary.
At 5 a.m., Typhoon Nanmadu gathered about 120 kilometers north-northeast of Nagasaki, and is expected to move north-northeast at a speed of about 22 kilometers per hour, crossing Kyushu, Japan.

Affected KMB bus routes 70K, 673 (towards Sheung Shui), 261 (towards Tuen Mun), 270D (towards Kowloon), 978A and Long Win bus route E43 must be diverted, and motorists may use other roads. There is currently heavy traffic on the site.
