A week after clearing Judge Édouard Levrault and disavowing Éric Dupond-Moretti, recognized
"in an objective situation of conflict of interest",
the Judicial Council (CSM) opens the first part of the trial of two magistrates from the National Financial Prosecutor's Office (PNF) whose verdict could weaken the Keeper of the Seals a little more.
Patrice Amar, one of the vice-prosecutors of the PNF, appears Tuesday and Wednesday before the disciplinary training under the qualifications of
"breaches of the ethical obligations of loyalty, prudence, delicacy and impartiality"
.
Former prosecutor Eliane Houlette will then appear before the CSM.
These prosecutions come after two investigations carried out, in 2020, by the General Inspectorate of Justice, following the fadettes affair.
In 2014, the PNF had opened a preliminary investigation involving several of the greatest Parisian criminals, including Éric Dupond-Moretti.
