COLI (0688) announced that starting from today (19th), it will sell two properties with shops and commercial parking spaces at No. 1 Kai Tak by tender.
The closing date for tenders is 3:00 noon on October 31st.
The projects for sale in this tender are located at No. 2 Muk Ning Street, Kai Tak and No. 8 Mu Ning Street, Kai Tak.
Among them, the shops at No. 2 Muk Ning Street, Kai Tak are located on the ground floor and the first floor. The number of shops is 7, including 6 ground-floor shops and the entire first floor. The shop floor area is about 17,360 square feet, and it also includes 24 private parking spaces, 3 motorcycle parking spaces, and 7 exterior wall advertising light boxes.
As for No. 8 Muk Ning Street, Kai Tak, which is also located on the ground floor and the first floor, the number of shops is 8, including 7 shops on the ground floor and the whole floor on the first floor. The total floor area of the shops is about 17,780 square feet, and also includes 26 private parking spaces and 3 motorcycle parking spaces, and 7 external wall advertising light boxes; both projects are sold "as is" with a tenancy agreement.
The two projects involve a total of 15 shops, 50 private parking spaces, 6 motorcycle parking spaces, and 14 external wall advertising light boxes.

Interested bidders need to sign a provisional sale and purchase agreement at the time of bidding and pay 25 million as the first deposit; sign the formal sale and purchase agreement within 14 days from the date of confirming the acceptance of the bid; Pay the deposit to 10% of the property price; and within 180 days from the date of confirming the acceptance of the tender, pay 90% of the property price and sign the assignment to complete the transaction.
