The current forecast for the Oktoberfest weather: After a brief ray of hope for beer garden goers, things are looking bleak again.

Munich - "Anyone who has noticed a ray of sunshine in the sky should contact the festival management immediately!" On the first Oktoberfest weekend in 2022, such an announcement could have sounded on the Theresienwiese.

The weather god Petrus was not in a good mood for the Corona comeback.

The first two days of the Wiesn were characterized by rainfall and sometimes single-digit temperatures.

Weather at the Oktoberfest: Beer garden fans can finally breathe easy

Day 3 on the fairground begins hardly more edifying.

On Monday morning (September 19th) showers will pass through Munich again and again.

According to the forecast of the

portal, two- digit temperature values ​​will only be reached around noon.

A mix of sun and clouds is expected in the afternoon.

However, this is accompanied by a "gusty freshening wind".

With highs of 13 degrees, a comfortable visit to the beer garden seems a long way off.

Tuesday looks little better so far, the

forecast: highs of 14 degrees, repeated showers, at least six hours of sunshine.

Caution: Even when it rains, some items are prohibited on the festival grounds.

Peter shows himself more mercifully in the middle of the week.

A much friendlier Wednesday (nine hours of sunshine, highs of 14 degrees) should then be followed by two very attractive days for beer garden goers.

Up to twelve hours of sunshine are forecast for Thursday and Friday, and the thermometer is expected to climb to at least 17 degrees.

Saturday should also present itself in a friendly robe, albeit a bit cloudy.

predicts three hours of sunshine with maximum values ​​of 19 degrees.

Bitter: On the following Sunday, Lichtschein on the Theresienwiese will have to be desperately sought again.

The current forecast: 16 degrees, rain - and not a single hour of sunshine.
