Sorting waste after meals in the canteen has become a habit for many young school children.
But in Courbevoie, children from CP to CM2 can now find out how much unconsumed food ends up in the trash thanks to connected sorting tables.
These have been installed in two establishments – Jean-de-la-Fontaine and André-Malraux – while the other schools, which already had conventional sorting tables, have been equipped with connected scales.
