Söder's daughter presents great love: a couple's appearance at the Wiesn - "For me, appearance is always secondary"

At the start of the Wiesn, numerous prominent faces flocked to the Theresienwiese.
Markus Söder's daughter also came – and showed her friend for the first time.
One detail was particularly striking.
Munich – For weeks, the whole of Munich had been looking forward to it.
Showmen, landlords, Oktoberfest visitors: they had all longed for the start of the 187th Oktoberfest in the past few days.
It was also a very special day for Söder's daughter Gloria-Sophie Burkandt.

Mayor Dieter Reiter (SPD) tapped the first barrel in the Schottenhamel marquee with three blows on September 17 and officially announced the start of the Oktoberfest.
The Bavarian Prime Minister Markus Söder traditionally received the first beer.
The Wiesn festival tents had long since been filled and familiar faces frolic at many a beer bench.
Söder's daughter, Gloria-Sophie Lola Burkandt (23), also made sure to stop by the Käfer Wiesn-Schänke.
On Instagram she shared a photo that she shows with friends in the beetle tent.
Also on board: her boyfriend Florian Moerth, who is ten years her senior.
Burkandt wrote under the photo: "Bavaria is a cultural state and I am proud of the preservation of our tradition and customs that we have in my country.
Finally, after two years of the pandemic, we have our joy back through events like this.”

One detail particularly catches the eye of the young couple: Gloria-Sophie clearly towers over the 33-year-old financial adviser.
The business student, who also wants to start out as a model, measures an impressive 1.85 meters.

But no problem for Söder's daughter, as she clarifies in an interview with

: "For me, appearance is always secondary." For the 23-year-old, the personality of her partner is more important.
The model says herself: "Where love falls." And Moerth doesn't seem to mind the difference in size to his beloved - on the contrary: "He's proud to have a tall woman and he actually thinks it's beautiful: long legs, tall woman " Burkandt told

The two recently got to know each other personally through mutual friends – and fell in love with each other.

The 51-year-old cabaret artist faced an unusual test of courage in Schottenhamel.
