First with a pistol, then with a knife.

A man got into the taxi around 1:40 a.m. Sunday night (September 18).
The taxi ride started on St.-Anton-Strasse, and the 43-year-old wanted to get off on Dießem Strasse in the Cracau district.
But instead of getting out, the passenger suddenly pulled out a pistol.
The man demanded the taxi driver's wallet.
The taxi driver reacted immediately, snatched the passenger's gun and threw it out the window.

That's not all: According to the police, the taxi driver pushed the 43-year-old out of the car and fixed him on the ground.
But the passenger threatened the taxi driver again.
"There the perpetrator pulled a knife, which the taxi driver also took from him," the police said.
Just recently, a taxi driver in Düsseldorf was brutally attacked and robbed.
A witness alerted the police.
The pistol was ultimately a toy gun, as it turned out later.
The man, who was under the influence of alcohol and drugs, was arrested.
