At DHDL, the Ayurvedic GURU Granola scores with exotic flavors and digestibility as a snack against cravings.
We've discovered a few surprising alternatives to the original.
Note to our readers:
We create product comparisons and deals for you.
To make this possible, we receive a commission from partners.
This changes nothing for you.
Who doesn't know this: First comes the appetite for something salty, then the craving for something sweet and often such ravenous hunger attacks lead to an unpleasant bloated stomach.
The 30-year-old Lara Schäffer from Cologne is also familiar with this problem and has therefore been involved with Ayurvedic medicine for a long time.
The natural foods it contains are considered particularly digestible and healthy and inspired Lara to create a healthy snack, the GURU Granola, which she presents in "The Lion's Den".
Another DHDL product proves that even a dishwasher can be a source of inspiration: Rokitta's rust deterrent.
It's the first granola made with over 20 naturally occurring crunchy toppings.
It is coarse-grained and can be used for desserts such as yoghurt or enjoyed on its own.
This gives me a holistic meal that keeps me full for a long time because all taste receptors are satisfied and I no longer have cravings.

GURU Granola from DHDL: What the snack should convince with
The Ayurvedic granola is available in different flavors, which are even suitable for savory dishes.
All ingredients for GURU Granola are certified organic and come from sustainably operated organic mills in Germany.
In addition, some unusual ingredients of Ayurveda cuisine come into play: physalis, nettles and buckwheat or quinoa and puffed amaranth together with calendula, rose and daisies should convince the lions of Lara's heart project.
GURU Granola from DHDL: The best alternatives with health benefits
So many organic ingredients have their price: 300 grams of GURU Granola cost a whopping 9.90 euros.
A price that not everyone can or wants to pay for a healthy breakfast.
If it doesn't necessarily have to be Ayurvedic, but the ingredients should still be healthy, there are extremely healthy granola alternatives - and far below the GURU price.
