A fresh to strong northeast monsoon is gradually affecting the coast of Guangdong.

The Transport Department said that due to urgent maintenance of water pipes, some traffic lanes on Tsui Ping Road (towards Lei Yue Mun Road) have been closed.
Motorists are only allowed to use the remaining lanes.
Vehicles over 7 meters in length are prohibited from turning left from Ka Lim Road into Tsui Ping Road.
