Tehran, SANA- Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdollahian said: America must put an end to economic terrorism

Tehran-Sana

Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdollahian said that America should put an end to its economic terrorism instead of shedding crocodile tears over human rights.

And the Iranian Fars news agency quoted Abdullahian as saying in his tweet today about the death of the girl, Mahsa Amini, in a police station in Tehran a few days ago, and the statements of US officials regarding the incident: Human rights have an inherent value for Iran, unlike those who take them as a tool against opponents.

Abdullahian indicated that an investigation had been ordered into the tragic death of Mahsa, who was, as Iranian President Ibrahim Raisi put it, "like our daughters."

Yesterday, Foreign Ministry spokesman Nasser Kanaani commented on the statements of US National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan regarding the death of Mahsa Amini by saying that we categorically reject any statements of interference by US officials in Iranian internal affairs, and if the US government is concerned about the Iranian people, it must stop its unjust unilateral blockade And its illegal policies against the Iranian people for decades, as well as its unjust policies against this people.

Kanaani added: Such statements by US officials interfere in Iran's internal affairs, and Iran considers these statements unconstructive and advises US government officials to deal with their internal issues and the rights of the American people and not to interfere in the internal affairs of independent countries.

The day before yesterday, President Ibrahim Raisi had telephoned Mahsa's family and said that he had been informed of the incident during his recent visit to the Republic of Uzbekistan, stressing that he had instructed an investigation to be opened to accurately reveal its circumstances.

Raisi also expressed his sympathy with the girl's family, who demanded that the investigation continue until the circumstances of this case are revealed.

Amini died last week after being detained in a morality police station, where the Iranian authorities announced the opening of an investigation into the circumstances of the death, while some parties took advantage of the incident to incite demonstrations and carry out provocations and sabotage in some areas.
