According to the latest arrangement, the non-challenging group will start the race on "11.1 National Day Night", so that the race will be held on two separate days.
The move has helped reduce runners gathering, but it says between the lines that it has not yet been approved by the government.
President Tian announced that the non-challenging group will be scheduled for 8:15 pm on October 1st, and the competition venue will be maintained at the Dixin Lake Aquatic Center, with a time limit of 2 hours and 30 minutes.
Runners of the non-challenging group must collect their runner bags at the "Discovery 01" at Kwun Tong Waterfront on the day before the race.
Before picking up the runner bag, runners must complete the designated new crown nucleic acid test within 48 hours, and be present for nucleic acid testing.
President Tian issued a statement on the event arrangement for two consecutive days. The difference is that the arrangement of the non-challenging group stated that "if the latest arrangement of this event is not successfully approved, this event will be cancelled" and the registration fee will be refunded.
The challenge group did not have these words. It is estimated that after consultation, Mr. Tian adjusted the starting arrangement to reduce crowd gathering and meet the requirements of epidemic prevention.
According to yesterday's statement, the latest arrangement for the challenge group will be held on the morning of October 2.
In August, President Tian announced the details of the event, stating that there were a total of 1,000 people in the challenge group and the non-challenge group.
