The police arrested a resident of Kfar Kara on suspicion of abusing his family members, imprisoning them at home, threatening them and beating his wife and their children for a long period of time.
The police began investigating the suspect after complaints were received about a 30-year-old man who repeatedly beat his wife and children.
During the investigation it emerged that the suspect used to attack his partner on a daily basis and even threatened her that he would kill her children if she contacted the police.
He also imprisoned her and her son on several occasions, and allegedly used to attack her children and abused them physically and mentally, all minors, on several occasions.
In accordance with the needs of the investigation, the police arrested the suspect about two weeks ago and his detention was extended from time to time.
At the end of the investigation, a prosecutor's statement against the suspect was submitted yesterday (Monday).
