The price ranges from 10,000 yuan to 2.86 million yuan, and the average price per square foot is 5,710 yuan, which is the most expensive project among the three new housing estates.

The site is adjacent to Yau Tong Centre and Lei Yue Mun Village, a public housing estate, providing a total of 2,021 units with unit sizes ranging from 185 to 489 square feet.
