John Elgrot is one of the most interesting people I've ever met.

He was diagnosed with Asperger's syndrome, which puts him on the autistic spectrum, but provides him with tremendous advantages, which make him an expert in everything he does.

But as challenged as he was, John never let life's challenges overwhelm him, not even when he was diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder and borderline personality or during the divorce process he went through.

Today, when he is only 28 years old, he is the father of 2, and the third child is on the way, and has been running a profitable business for 9 years, which in the last 5 years has a turnover of 1.5 million per year.

His main message to the world is that everything is possible.

In his honest, uncompromising and unique way, he implores Israelis to "stop complaining. If I succeeded, there is no one who cannot."

Until the age of 19, John worked in kitchens.

Although many dream of becoming a master chef in Israel, in his eyes the profession is not particularly glamorous, but from the moment he discovered the computer and realized he could learn anything he wanted through digital courses, he was hooked.

John: "Naturally, as an Asperger, I develop an obsession with different areas, which requires me to be the best at what I do. I have a high IQ, from the day I discovered the world of computers and the Internet, I was drawn to digital marketing, web promotion, managing campaigns on social networks And more. I became an expert in everything related to the world of digital marketing, and to date, I have trained more than 5,000 clients in various fields of knowledge as part of the online courses I offer."

John is hard to follow.

The pace of talk is fast, but the pace of action and power seem to be even faster.

I am treated with medication and for years treated with the DBT method, which allows me to cope with the challenges in my life and to overcome them and the limitations, especially those in the head. If there is one conclusion that I want people to draw from this article, it is that there are no excuses! Look at me, I am independent and not supported by anyone, I am a father of 2, and the third child is on the way, I am a businessman that makes millions, and if others want to do it, I can also show them the way."
