The security forces continue this morning (Wednesday) the hunt for the terrorist who murdered an 84-year-old woman in Holon yesterday, and fled the scene.

According to security sources, the terrorist, 28-year-old Musa Sarsour from Kalkilia, entered Israel with permission through the Ill crossing and there was no Shin Bet warning. Now it is being checked whether he had an entry permit for hours or days, which will affect the treatment of Palestinians who received a permit.
Following the attack, the Prime Minister said Yair Lapid that "this is a shocking attack by a despicable and cowardly terrorist who murdered an elderly woman who could not fight him.
The security forces are currently working to find the terrorist, and I trust them to get hold of him.

Residents of Holon expressed concern following the murder in the city, which happened on Hasmonaim Street, which is central.

"My daughter wanted to go out with friends. I wrote in the building's group that the front door would be closed. Holon is now under lockdown," said Liel Besli, who lives on the same street.

Sarit Ivan, a resident of Bat Yam whose sister lives on the street where the murder took place, said that "My sister is locked in the house with my niece. A person decides to kill an animal and run away, what do we do here on holidays?".
An eyewitness who lives near the scene said that he heard an ambulance coming from the window and shouted, "Clear the way."
"I went downstairs and there was a pool of blood, a police officer and an ambulance came, they tried to resuscitate her. It was really scary. She had severe bruises on her face."
L., a neighbor who lives in the building opposite the arena, said that every night he sees lights from the building, and in his opinion "the workers sleep there every night".
