A Turkish truck driver, domiciled in Germany, was indicted Thursday, September 22, suspected of having killed a young woman who was traveling on a scooter after having deliberately touched her with his truck, indicated the parquet floor of Montbéliard (Doubs).
The latter requested the provisional detention of the 59-year-old driver, indicted for the criminal acts of "
willful violence resulting in death without intention of giving
it", Thursday at the end of his police custody.
Tuesday afternoon in Montbéliard, the Turkish driver, leaving a Stellantis site to connect to another, knocked down and crushed the driver of a scooter.
The 21-year-old did not survive.
