A federal appeals court ruled yesterday that the US Department of Justice can continue to review 100 secret documents that the FBI illegally located in Trump's estate • Trump: "If I said the documents were not classified, then they are"

Donald Trump, the former president of the United States, lost yesterday (Wednesday) in federal court regarding the removal of the documents from the White House, a loss that joins quite a series of losses that Trump has received recently. As you may recall, the American Department of Justice petitioned a few days ago to obtain access to the classified documents taken from Trump. The Ministry of Justice's petition was filed due to the decision to appoint an external auditor for the 11,000 documents confiscated from the President's mansion in Mar-a-Lago.

A federal appeals court ruled last night (Wednesday) that the US Department of Justice can continue to review 100 secret documents that the FBI located at Trump's mansion in Maro-Lago, Florida.

This ruling overturned a previous decision by a court in Florida, which ruled that the prosecution in the US must stop examining the documents until an attorney whose identity is agreed upon by Trump, examines them himself. Now, as stated, the examination can resume.

Even earlier, the lawyer Trump chose to examine the documents, yesterday (Wednesday) rejected his lawyers' demand to delay the examination.

At a court hearing in New York, the special examiner wondered what was the reason the documents were released.

He demanded proof from Trump's attorneys that the former president did pass the documents through the "declassification" process, as Trump claimed, but Trump's attorneys had no such proof.

In response, the special commissioner on behalf of the court, Raymond Deary, told them that it is impossible to eat the cake and leave it intact.

He stated that Trump must provide the evidence that the documents were transferred immunity removal within a few days.

At the same time, the Attorney General of the State of New York, Latita James, announced last night that she is suing Trump and some of his family members, on suspicion of irregularities in the companies that Trump manages on behalf of the state.

According to her, the crimes were committed in the last decade.

It should be noted that James, a member of the Democratic Party, pledged during her election campaign for office that she would prosecute Trump.

The former president was interviewed yesterday (Wednesday) by Sean Hannity on the Fox network, and said that by his very statement that the documents were not classified, they became so.
