The Government of Nicaragua took the CNN en Español signal off the air this Thursday at 12:07 am ET, 10:07 pm on Wednesday in the Central American country.
So far, the Nicaraguan government has not commented on why it has taken the CNN en Español signal off the air in the country.
CNN has tried to obtain some communication from both the government and the cable operators that carry the CNN signal in Spanish without obtaining a response.
