Hallbergmoos loosens usage guidelines: Parties are now allowed back into the community hall

Just like the CSU 2020, which benefited from a special corona rule at its nomination meeting by the head of town hall Josef Niedermair, all local political groups will be able to use the community hall again as normal for events in the future.

Since 2012, political parties have been forbidden from using community-owned rooms and sports facilities in Hallbergmoos.
But that is now changing fundamentally.
Hallbergmoos
- Because of Corona, the municipality made a temporary exception for the community hall and the restaurant in the Hallberg-Halle since October 2020.
Because the time limit has now expired, the municipal council had to think about future handling.
The exception is now the rule.
In concrete terms, this means that the strict usage guidelines for local political groups are relaxed.
The same rules now apply to them as to clubs and organizations.
The motion went through at the most recent council meeting without discussion or dissenting votes
The meeting documents do not reveal which parties initiated the change in direction.
It only says that "individual local political groups want to use and book the community hall and the seminar room in the sports forum under the same conditions as the local clubs".
The municipal council has discussed the topic in its autumn meeting and is apparently in agreement.
The motion went through at the most recent council meeting without discussion or dissenting votes.
Town hall boss Niedermair sees little danger emanating from extremist parties
The municipal council had enacted the “old” regulation from 2012 out of concern about a potential threat from extremist and anti-constitutional parties that are not officially banned.
The starting point was the activities of the NPD.
As Mayor Josef Niedermair put it, the danger is no longer so great today: "I'm relaxed about it at the moment.
The far right side is not very active.” According to the mayor, parties must be allowed to hold their annual general meetings.

Clubs and political organizations do not charge a usage fee.
However, personnel (technology, security) and other costs, for example for bar tables, technology, projectors and cleaning afterwards, will be charged to the respective users.
