"With such serious facts, a simple fine would not be adequate", estimated the public prosecutor in requesting, this Wednesday, suspended prison sentences ranging from eight months to one year against three executives of ADP ( Aéroports de Paris), in a case of harassment and discrimination at work, tried for two days at the Bobigny Criminal Court (Seine-Saint-Denis).
They are the three hierarchical superiors closest to the victim who complains of having suffered humiliation, bullying and other abuse from his colleagues, between 2012 and 2017, while he worked as a technical agent within the beaconing workshop at Roissy-Charles-de-Gaulle airport (Val-d'Oise).
