The dress comes from fashion designer Stella McCartney and costs the equivalent of a whopping 1,629 euros

And the Duchess was no slouch when it came to accessories either.

Stella McCartney (51) is the daughter of Beatles star Paul McCartney (80).

She started designing clothes at the age of twelve.

In 1988 her father organized an internship for her at Christian Lacroix in Paris.

She later studied at Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design in London.

She founded her fashion label in 2001. At first she designed clothing, shoes, handbags, accessories and perfumes for women.

Since 2016 she has also offered men's fashion and since 2012 clothing for children.

Meghan Markle's pearl earrings were a gift from the Queen
