In order to nurture a new generation of I&T talents and strengthen the local I&T ecosystem, the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP) and the Federation of Hong Kong Industries (Federation of Industry) organized the first "Industry x I&T Experience Tour", which was attended by nine local schools. , More than 30 high school students, providing four-day experience activities, including visiting the Science Park and Innovation Park, leading them into the world of I&T and industry, and learning about the latest developments in I&T and industry.
In addition, 30 member companies of the Federation of Trade Unions and partner companies of the Science and Technology Park also provide students with internship opportunities, allowing students to jump out of the classroom and participate in innovation and technology work and administrative staff "executive shadowing" activities.
