The International Council for Supporting a Fair Trial and Human Rights called on international organizations to act decisively to end the suffering of the Syrian people from the effects of the continuing Turkish and American occupation of Syrian lands and the Western sanctions imposed on this country.
Dr. Abdul Hamid Dashti, Chairman of the Council, said in an interactive dialogue with an investigation committee on the Syrian Arab Republic: “Despite the revelation of the extent of the conspiracy against the dear homeland, Syria and its authentic Arab people, who pay the price of conspiracy against our nation for decades, the investigation committee continues on the same path and context despite the effects. The catastrophic result of the aggression on Syria for eleven years,” he pointed out, noting that “the Turkish and American occupation forces continue to control many vital areas in which the oil fields and the food basket of the Syrian people are concentrated, who are still deprived of the wealth of their country because of the occupation.”
Dashti explained that the Israeli entity is also continuing its attacks on Syria through a series of air raids that destroy infrastructure and cause civilian casualties in blatant defiance of international law, without finding a firm stance from the committee against this orgy.
Dashti called for a firm decision to be taken to put an end to the suffering of the Syrian human being by the withdrawal of all illegal foreign forces and to put pressure on the Israeli occupation entity to stop its aggressions, as well as to put an end to unilateral Western sanctions and work to abolish them immediately and allow the Syrian state to re-secure the necessities of life for its people without restrictions or conditions and prosecution The countries that participated in the war on Syria and financed terrorist groups and forced them to pay compensation for the losses they caused, in addition to facilitating the return of refugees and financing reconstruction so that the Syrian person could live a dignified life in his homeland.
