According to an estimate by American scientists, Russia has an inventory of 5,977 nuclear warheads - the largest inventory in the world.

According to the Atomic Scientists Bulletin, Russia's supply stands at 4,447 warheads, of which 1,588 are deployed on ballistic missiles.
However, experts emphasized that the exact number of warheads and weapons in the possession of the Russian army is unknown - due to Russian secrecy and security.
According to the Sky News report, Russia has intercontinental ballistic missiles that can reach as far as London in the United Kingdom and Washington in the United States.
"Putin's warhead has a yield of 300-800 kilotons," said an expert.
"For the purpose of the index - three hundred kilotons are enough to destroy Washington or London or Paris."
