Today, the Russian government issued a decision guaranteeing Russian citizens who are called up for military service in the framework of the partial mobilization in the country their jobs and their right to return to work after their dismissal.

And the government’s decision, according to what Russia Today reported, stated that “citizens who will be called to mobilize will be able to keep their work contracts in force and return to their jobs to fill them with the same rights after their dismissal.”

She added that the necessary amendments were made to labor legislation and Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed the decision.

In addition, the Russian Ministry of Defense published clarifications about the partial mobilization that was announced in the country recently in the framework of the Russian military operation in Ukraine.

The ministry indicated in a statement that as part of the partial mobilization, shooters, those who served in the tanks, artillery, drivers and mechanics will be summoned, and that the order of summoning Russian citizens from the reserves has not been determined, but priority is given to those with military specialties.

The ministry pointed out that one of the main factors in the mobilization was the presence of combat experience among the Russian citizens who were summoned, indicating that during the first day of the partial mobilization, about 10 thousand people voluntarily attended the conscription.

The ministry indicated that the summoned citizens will receive a service allowance according to their wages, according to their military rank and jobs.

Yesterday, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced partial mobilization in Russia as part of the military operation in Ukraine.

Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said that the mobilization aims to summon about 300,000 people to join the armed forces.
