Russia's permanent representative to the European Union, Vladimir Chizhov, stressed that the Kyiv regime will be prosecuted for its crimes, not the Russians, in response to the statement of the European Union Commissioner for Foreign and Security Policy Josep Borrell regarding (establishing a court for the Russians).
"There will be a court for those who are already guilty of everything that happened, but not to the Russian leadership, but to the Kyiv regime," RIA Novosti quoted Chizhov as saying.
Earlier, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told Borel to pay attention to the crimes committed by the Kyiv regime since 2014.
This statement by Borrell is not the first of its kind to provoke a wave of criticism against him, as he was previously criticized after commenting on Twitter about the events in Ukraine, saying: “This war must be won on the battlefield.”
