When officials take a look at the back of the 7.5-ton truck that delivers heating oil for the traffic police, they notice serious safety deficiencies.
Rosenheim – On Wednesday, September 21, around 12 noon, a bizarre incident occurred at the Rosenheim traffic police.
A truck wanted to deliver heating oil.
When looking at the loading area of the 7.5 ton truck, police officers found that some things were not in accordance with the regulations.
For this reason, the truck and the 32-year-old driver from the Munich district were subjected to intensive checks, according to the press release.
Heating oil delivery to the police station: the officials' suspicions are confirmed
The officers' suspicions were confirmed.
The 32-year-old's truck driver's license had expired in April 2022, the driver did not have an ADR license and there were no orange warning signs on the truck.
In addition, the heating oil was transported in an IBC, a canister and in a storage tank, the police continue to inform.
Not a single part on the loading area was properly secured.
And anyway: storage tanks for heating oil are not approved for road transport because they do not meet the increased stability requirements for road traffic.

The officials prohibited the 32-year-old from continuing.
The truck was prevented from continuing its journey until the arrival of a replacement driver with a valid driver's license and the establishment of a proper condition.
