During the operation, a male person in charge of the bar surnamed Xu (25 years old) was suspected of "selling alcoholic beverages without a license", "unlicensed possession of alcoholic beverages for sale" and violating the "Prevention and Control of Diseases (Requirements and Instructions) ( Business and Premises) Regulation (Cap. 599F); a total of 55 men and 37 women (aged 17 to 30) were arrested for "drinking on premises without a liquor license" in 2 unlicensed bars. He was also fined for allegedly contravening the Prevention and Control of Disease (Prohibition on Gathering) Regulation (Cap. 599G).

Officers seized about 190 bottles of beer and 94 bottles of spirits in two unlicensed bars with a total value of about $48,000.

In addition, officers seized a baccarat table, a batch of gaming equipment, about $8,000 in cash and chips with a face value of about $100,000 in an illegal baccarat gambling stall on How Ming Street, Kwun Tong.

A woman surnamed Li (53 years old) was arrested on suspicion of "operating a gambling establishment"; 3 men and 6 women (aged 30 to 72) were arrested for "gambling in a gambling establishment", and one woman held a two-way pass.

All were fined for violating Section 599G.

All arrested persons are being detained for investigation.

All arrested men and women are being detained for investigation.
