A woman wants to rent out her condominium in Regensburg.

Her cousin expects that she can have the apartment - and cheaper.

Regensburg - Regensburg is a popular city - also for students.

The housing market is therefore - as in many larger cities - tense.

People who are just beginning their studies and have to move here are therefore often afraid of not finding anything affordable.

Living in Regensburg: my cousin wants a cheaper rental apartment

Some are apparently hoping for vitamin B due to the tense situation on the housing market. “I have a condominium that I want to rent out and my cousin seriously expects that she can have it (cheaper) because she is pregnant and needs a bigger apartment.

But I won't give them to her and now they, their friends and family are bombarding me with annoying messages," writes a Regensburger on Jodel.

"Just a word, the tax office can make this a huge disadvantage/problem for you," someone explains why giving in to the cousin's wishes would not be a good idea.

A Munich landlord has already felt this.

The tax office accused him of renting his 13 apartments in the Au too cheaply.

The dispute even went to court.

Dispute about an apartment in Regensburg: "Always got everything if she only did enough theater"

"Don't go into it.

Talking about it is one thing, but harassing people is not an option.

She doesn't seriously believe that this terror will change your mind, does she?” someone asks.

"Yes, she thinks so.

She always got everything if she only made enough fuss.

But of course I won't give her the apartment," the woman said resolutely.

“Most of all, I know their terror children.

They're taking my place apart.

No thanks,” she adds.

"Just block them.

You don't have to give yourself that," advises one person, after which the homeowner admits, "I'm so close."
