Here it lies: almost a week after the funeral, the new stone slab was unveiled in St. George's Chapel at Windsor Castle, under which Queen Elizabeth II rested.
In the photograph, released by Buckingham Palace, it appears that the names of the Queen's parents, George VI and Elizabeth, as well as the name of her spouse, Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh, appear on the new plaque.

On the previous board, only her parents' names appeared.
Among the names of the deceased on the new plaque appears a star of the Order of the Garter - the most senior of the orders of chivalry in the kingdom, where only the sovereign, the Prince of Wales, and no more than 24 other peers are members.
These are usually heads of government and senior military commanders.

Visitors will be able to view the new plaque, which is made of black Belgian marble, starting this Thursday and every day, except for Sundays, when the church is open to worshipers only.
The Queen was laid to rest about a week ago, in the presence of her son, King Charles III, and the limited family.
Earlier, the official funeral ceremony was held at Westminster Abbey.
Elizabeth II commissioned the construction of the chapel back in 1962 for her father, and its construction was completed seven years later.
