The Iranian Foreign Ministry summoned the ambassadors of Britain and Norway in Tehran, in protest against their countries' interference in Iran's internal affairs, and their support for and incitement against the recent riots and violence in the country.
IRNA reported that the Director-General of Western European Affairs in the Iranian Foreign Ministry informed the British ambassador of Tehran's strong protest against Britain's hosting of media outlets that had put on the schedule of its main programs incitement to riots and the expansion of violence in the country, considering that this position by London constituted interference in the affairs of the country. internal affairs, and incitement to undermine Iran's national sovereignty.
In a related context, the Director-General of Western European Affairs also informed the Norwegian ambassador of a strong protest against the biased and baseless statements of the Norwegian Parliament Speaker about the recent violence.
And the deputy of the Revolutionary Guards in Iran, Admiral Ali Fadavi, announced yesterday that Iran had obtained evidence showing the interference of the United States, France, Britain, Germany and the Saudi regime in provoking the recent riots and violence in the country.
