The candidate for the presidency of the National Rally was to meet party activists this Sunday in Bruz, near Rennes.
But around 11:30 a.m., a hundred demonstrators, most dressed in black or wearing sanitary masks, gathered near the place to prevent the meeting from taking place.
They also infiltrated near a farm where Jordan Bardella's meeting was to be held.

The federation has confirmed that Jordan Bardella was finally able to access the meeting venue by car.
A police source tells us that CRS companies are currently present in the area.
One person was also slightly injured in the clashes and taken to hospital.
According to our information, faced with the situation, the prefecture advised the candidate's team to cancel the meeting.

The meeting organized around the arrival of Jordan Bardella had been announced on social networks a few days ago and some 300 registered activists were expected there.
Contacted by AFP, the prefecture was unable to provide details immediately.
