The elements of the Directorate of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection in Damascus seized a gas station for lack of enough, a meat store for slaughtering sheep outside the slaughterhouse, and wholesale commercial activities for not giving invoices and shops for sale at an extra price.
The directorate indicated in a statement that SANA received a copy of it that it seized the Al-Alawi gas station for violating the lack of capacity, and the owner of the station was fined 29,040,000 Syrian pounds and a meat shop for slaughtering Awassi female sheep outside the slaughterhouse in Barzeh housing and 10 wholesale trade events for not giving invoices for “vegetables and fruits” In al-Zablatani, clothes and socks in the wool market, al-Hamidiyah, al-Salihiya and al-Hariqa.
Also, 16 shops were seized for violating selling at an extra price and not announcing prices. The materials are “soft hummus, mineral water, eggs, chicken, nylon bags, clothes, sanitary utensils, and hardware” in Salhiya, Bab Musalla, Al-Muhajireen, Al-Baramkeh, Al-Mazzeh, Al-Amin Street, Barzeh, Al-Sadat, Al-Manakhliya, Al-Hamidiyah and King Faisal Street.
