Trucks given the right of way - 89-year-old survives accident on B13 unharmed

High property damage occurred on Friday morning in an accident on the B13 near Gaißach: An 89-year-old was not careful when turning.
Gaißach
– When entering the Isarstraße in Gaißach-Obergries on the B13, an 89-year-old driver ignored the right of way early on Friday morning and caused an accident.
Over 10,000 euros in property damage in an accident between Bad Tölz and Lenggries
According to the police, the Penzberger wanted to turn left towards Lenggries at around 6.15 a.m. and overlooked a truck coming from the right, at the wheel of which a 51-year-old from Traunstein was sitting.
There was a collision in the junction area.
The Penzberger's car was severely demolished in the front right area, the police estimate the damage at around 10,000 euros.
The car had to be towed.
The truck suffered damage of 500 euros.
Nobody got hurt.
