"They lost everything after the passage of Fiona": the message of the mayor of Salinas, Puerto Rico

Karilyn Bonilla, mayor of Salinas in Puerto Rico, spoke with CNN about the needs of its inhabitants after the devastation left by Hurricane Fiona.

"In terms of repairing, the infrastructure must be a priority, the government's assistance must be prompt, what happened to Maria cannot happen. That should have been a lesson learned," said the mayor.
