Brand new corona vaccine now available at the Ebersberg Vaccination Center

From now on you can be immunized with the vaccine tailored to the Omicron variants BA.4 and BA.5.

The vaccine tailored to the omicron variants BA.4 and BA.5 has arrived at the Ebersberg vaccination center.

Anyone who wants to be immunized with this vaccine can now make an appointment.

Ebersberg - You can arrange a vaccination appointment at the Ebersberg vaccination center online at www.impfzentren.bayern or via the vaccination center's hotline on (08092) 86 31 40, according to the district office in a press release.

Apparently they are expecting a bigger rush for vaccination appointments there: From next week - also on public holidays - the vaccination center will be open again on Mondays.

as well as on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Incidence continues to rise

Meanwhile, the incidence has continued to rise.

The value for the 7-day incidence as of September 26, 2022, midnight according to the RKI is 435.8.

It indicates how many people per 100,000 inhabitants have been newly infected with the corona virus in the last seven days.

As of Friday evening, September 23, 2022 in the district of Ebersberg, 109 new infections with SARS-CoV-2 have been reported by the Ebersberg district office.

A week earlier, 74 new cases of infection were recorded.

A total of 497 people from the Ebersberg district tested positive for the corona virus.

So far, 66,625 citizens have been proven to have tested positive with a PCR test.

65,832 are considered cured, 296 have died.

A person in intensive care

In the Ebersberg district clinic, ten people with a confirmed infection with SARS-CoV-2 are currently being treated on the normal ward and one in the intensive care unit.

There is a suspected case of corona in the clinic.

102,307 people received an initial vaccination in the Ebersberg district.

Family doctors carried out 39,229 vaccinations.

104,869 district citizens have already been vaccinated for the second time.

43,131 second vaccinations were carried out in general practitioners' surgeries.

92,249 vaccinated people received booster vaccinations, 35,453 of them through their general practitioner or specialist.

The district of Ebersberg has a vaccination rate of 71.00 percent.

72.78 percent are fully vaccinated with the first and second vaccination.

64.02 percent have already received booster vaccinations.
