As-Suwayda-Sana
The Suwayda Fire Brigade put out a fire that affected forest and fruit trees in the Al-Khasin area, east of Qanawat town in As-Suwayda.
The commander of the fire brigade, Fadi Al-Daoud, told SANA reporter that the fire spread over an area of about 20 dunums within dry grass in an area of difficult nature where agricultural vines and forest trees are spread.
Al-Daoud indicated that the fire caused limited damage to some apple trees and forest trees in the place.
