To celebrate his partnership with IWC, the founder and creative director of Filling Pieces, Guillaume Philibert, recently designed the
"Low Top Ghost Woodland",
a pair of limited edition sneakers with design codes and color derived from the Pilot's Watch Chronograph Top Gun
"Woodland" Edition.
Over the next three weeks, the Filling Pieces flagship store in Amsterdam will be taking on IWC's new green ceramic color, dubbed
"Woodland"
.
Filling Pieces was founded in 2009 by Guillaume Philibert, who wanted to design a high-end sneaker at a fair price.
His
"Low Top"
, which aimed to bridge the gap between streetwear and haute couture, has become a symbol of affordable luxury design, and one of the Dutch brand's most iconic models.
"There are many points of convergence between our industries, particularly in terms of craftsmanship, culture and creativity,
explains Christian Knoop, Chief Design Officer of IWC Schaffhausen.
In each design project, we combine part of our history with new influences we pick up from the world around us. Architecture and fashion are often represented in colorful moodboards, and there's probably no board without sneakers. It's exciting to see that our collection Top Gun inspired Filling Pieces."

takes the original silhouette of the
"Low Top"
from Filling Piece.
Its aesthetic details and color codes are inspired by IWC's Top Gun Chronograph
"Woodland"
Edition pilot 's watch, the brand's first green ceramic watch.
Showcasing the distinct Pantone-specified
"Woodland"
color , it includes a premium perforated nubuck leather upper, stitched Filling Pieces logo, and the signature ghost outsole, complete with a laser-etched "X" pattern inspired by the strap of the show.
Starting September 23, the shoe will be available online at fillpieces.com.
