Massacre at a school in Russia: a gunman killed 13 people, including seven children
A masked man arrived at a school in the city of Izhevsk and started a shooting spree, during which he killed 13 people, wounded 21, and finally committed suicide.
The investigation committee reported that the shooter was wearing a black shirt with a red battle cross on it.

A gunman today killed 13 people and injured 21 at a school in Baizhevsk, Russia - this is what the country's law enforcement authorities said today.
Among the dead were seven children, and six adults, including teachers and security guards.
At the end of the act, the investigators of the case said the gunman committed suicide.
Russia's Investigative Committee for Major Crimes said the shooter was wearing a balaclava, a fabric mask that covers the entire face except for the eyes, black clothes, and a shirt with a red swastika on it.
It was also reported that the identity of the gunman has not yet been determined, and his motives for the shooting are still unclear.
The regional governor declared a period of mourning until September 29.
In addition, the Russian news agency Tass quoted police investigators as saying that the attacker arrived at the school armed with two pistols and a large supply of ammunition.
In the Russian media, many videos from the Ray were published, showing panic inside the Beit Al-Hasmar building.
Some of the footage shows blood on the classroom floor, bullet holes in the windows instead, and children crouched under desks.
A video was also published in which the shooter's body is seen lying on the classroom floor, with overturned furniture and scattered papers in the background.
