Ministry spokesman Lieutenant-General Igor Konashenkov said in a press briefing today that as a result of intense shelling on the deployment points of the 14th mechanized brigade and the 95th air landing brigade of the Ukrainian forces in the towns of Senkovo ​​and Chervony Oskol in the Kharkov region, 120 soldiers were killed or wounded and 15 units of military equipment were destroyed, explaining. During a meeting of the command of the 10th Mountain Offensive Brigade of the Ukrainian forces, up to 25 Ukrainian soldiers were killed and more than 40 others were wounded in a missile attack on the forward command post near the village of Chasov Yar in the Donetsk Republic, and eight units of special military equipment were disabled.

Konashenkov noted that as a result of high-precision strikes on the temporary deployment point of the 406th Artillery Brigade of the Ukrainian forces near the city of Ochakov, Nikolaev region, 50 militants were eliminated and 10 units of military equipment were destroyed, while the strikes targeted operational and tactical aviation, army aviation, missile forces and artillery, five command posts of these Troops in the vicinity of Kobyansk in the Kharkov region, Churovo and Kirovo of the Donetsk People's Republic, Kamishevakh in the Zaporozhye region and Viskopolye in the Kherson region, in addition to the destruction of 56 artillery units, manpower centers and military equipment in 163 districts.

He pointed out that three depots of ammunition, missiles and artillery weapons of the Ukrainian forces were also destroyed in the vicinity of the cities of Zaporozhye, Nikolaev and Kramatorsk in the Donetsk Republic, while a Russian Aerospace Forces fighter jet shot down a Su-24 of the Ukrainian Air Force near the village of Selidovo in Donetsk Republic.

Konashenkov indicated that Russian air defense systems downed 13 Ukrainian drones over Bobrovy Kot, Zeleny Gay, Ukrainka, Sadok, Novaya Kakhovka and Maxim Gorky in the Kherson suburbs, Molochansk in the Zaporozhye region, Seledovo and Kirillovka in the Donetsk Republic, and 19 Hemars and Olkha rockets were destroyed over the Annovaya bridge. Kherson region, as well as the town of Svatovo, Lugansk People's Republic.

Konashenkov confirmed that, since the beginning of the special military operation, 302 aircraft, 155 helicopters, 2,087 drones, 377 anti-aircraft missile systems, 5,114 tanks and other armored fighting vehicles, 845 combat vehicles of rocket launchers, 3,417 field artillery and mortars, in addition to 5,904 units of special military vehicles, have been destroyed.

Concerning the situation at the Zaporozhye nuclear plant, Konashenkov noted that the Kyiv regime continues its provocations in the area of ​​the plant, as its artillery fired at the village of Volna located in the immediate vicinity of it, and 25 shells were fired from places controlled by the Kyiv regime in the towns of Nikopol and Marganets in the Dnipropetrovsk region. .

Konashenkov explained that the source of enemy fire was suppressed by Russian artillery fire, while the radiological situation at the nuclear power plant is normal so far.
