This band is a living legend: Founded by four men in Munich in 1977, the Spider Murphy Gang still fills concert halls to this day.
It was the same in Erding on Friday evening.
Erding - With their program "Acoustic Tour unplugged", the gang around their still active founding members Günther Sigl and Barny Murphy performed in the town hall.
The mood was great, the fans came not only from Erding, but from Munich and Ebersberg.
All of the roses were able to particularly enjoy the evening.
The Stadthalle served them a glass of Prosecco.
Four roses had this delicacy served to them.
And why Rose of all people?
Of course, because of the Spider Murphy Gang super hits "Scandal in the Restricted Area", where one is very proud to already have Rose's number.
Nobody in the town hall was bothered by the fact that this song was criticized in the wake of the Leyla affair.
There was raging from the first bar.
One visitor, well over 80, raved: "Three hours of great music, it was great once again.
It was clear that I stayed until 11 p.m..”
The current unplugged tour refers to the band's first great period as the spearhead of the Neue Deutsche Welle.
