The statement was signed on the Chinese side by Li Chun, Vice Minister of Culture and Tourism, and Xiong Yuanming, Director of the National Administration of Cultural Heritage, at the headquarters of the National Library in Beijing, which is currently hosting the Syrian Antiquities Exhibition.
