"Full autumn weather": Expert speaks of an "uncomfortable" week - there is even a risk of snow

Anyone who was looking forward to a golden and, above all, warm autumn is likely to be bitterly disappointed at the moment.
Instead of pure sunshine, more and more hours of rain are currently accumulating.
The temperatures also leave a lot to be desired, so in many apartments the heating has probably already been turned on.

While the golden October is canceled, you have to be prepared for a week with "full autumn weather".
What Jung means specifically: fresh temperatures, ground frost in places and even more hours of rain.
Accordingly, the early values in many places were already below 10 degrees at the beginning of the week, sometimes below 5 degrees.
Even during the day it should hardly be more than 13 or 14 degrees.
“We are around 5 to 10 degrees below the normal values for the time of year.
Exactly one year ago we measured maximum values of up to 27 degrees.
That was a summer day.
We're a long way from that today and for the rest of the week," said the weather expert.

Prospects that shouldn't get any better for the whole week either.
The weather could only calm down a bit on Friday, but the first weekend in October should be windy in many places.
Felix Dietzsch from the German weather service also speaks of a "pretty uncomfortable" week.
"A strong low-pressure area over the Norwegian Sea is directing a large slug of polar cold air directly from the north to us in Germany." Accordingly, "almost nothing can be seen from the sun".
One or two thunderstorms should also mix into the autumn mood.
It could even snow at times on the highest peaks of the low mountain ranges in the new week.
In the Alps, too, the snow line drops to well below 1500 meters.
According to Dietzsch, it will remain mild for the longest time in Lusatia at almost 20 degrees at the beginning.
After that, the maximum temperatures will drop everywhere.
In the middle of the week they level off between about 8 and 14 degrees during the day.
