Difficulty transferring the payment

The Ministry of Health responded: "The treatment of the mentally challenged and their integration is an important and central issue in the actions of the Ministry of Health. The Ministry, in cooperation with other ministries, created a direct payment mechanism for the eligible and is promoting its implementation as soon as possible, as promised."
The Ministry of Construction and Housing responded: "As reported to the court, in the estimation of the Ministry of Construction and Housing, it will be possible to implement the mechanism within six months from the date of receiving a designated employee who will be assigned to the issue, as well as the transfer of the required budget."

"One must wonder how the ministry invests hundreds of thousands of shekels in a television advertising campaign aimed at promoting the mentally disabled in the population, while it itself does not do the minimum required to achieve the same goal. This intolerable behavior indicates a total failure on the part of the ministry in the field of mental health, and it is expected of the ministry that He will work for this special population even more from here on out."
