A relative of the suspect in the murder in Rehovot told Walla today (Tuesday) that the family was "completely normal", and that "there were no early signs or unusual fights".
Early this morning, the woman's body was found with signs of violence in their apartment in Rehovot, after a fire that broke out in the apartment was put out.
Following the fire, her suspected husband was evacuated in serious condition, their 4-year-old daughter was in moderate condition, and the suspect's father was in minor condition.
"I'm shocked," said a close friend of the couple.
"We're more than friends, we're like a family - hangouts, trips, we did everything together. I still can't digest it."
The couple was not known to the welfare services and the police emphasized that there were no previous incidents or complaints reported to them.
The event began this morning with the receipt of a report from fire and rescue officials about a fire in the city, and at the end of the fire the woman was found lifeless, with signs of violence on her body.
Her husband, who is suspected of murder, was found with burns in a serious condition and was taken to Kaplan Hospital in the city, where he is currently being held while he is being treated.
His 4-year-old daughter was transferred to the hospital with him, while his father was transferred to Sheba Hospital in Tel Hashomer.

After the police reviewed the findings and evidence gathered at the scene, Superintendent Avi Biton instructed that the investigation be conducted by the Shepela area's crime fighting unit.
"When we arrived at the scene, we saw fire and smoke coming from the house. When we could enter, the firefighters led us to a woman in her thirties who was unconscious, with burns, she had no signs of life and we had to determine her death," said MDA paramedic Guy Bobalil.
He continued, "We rescued a man and a son 40 unconscious, with burns, injuries, and after inhaling smoke, we gave him life-saving treatment that included resuscitation and urgently evacuated him to a hospital when his condition was serious and unstable, a girl about 4 years old and a man about 63 years old were rescued from the apartment while they were fully conscious and after inhaling smoke, we gave them quick first aid in the field and evacuated the girl in a moderate condition, the man was evacuated from the scene in a minor condition."
