Brazen thieves have struck in the Weilheim-Pollinger commercial area Achalaich: They stole two new vans that the company "Huber Cars" had exhibited on their premises.

Oderding – The car dealer “Huber Cars” from Oderding has been using the future branch in the nearby Weilheim-Pollinger commercial area Achalaich for some time to exhibit additional vehicles there.

Two new Renault maxi vans in blue and gray were also recently parked there near the Weilheim-Peißenberg state road.

"But on Saturday we noticed that the two vans were no longer there," says Markus Huber - they had disappeared without a trace, stolen by strangers.

The police limit the crime period between September 11th and 25th.

"Two weeks ago we were still rearranging there, they were definitely still there," says Huber.

Recently, it didn't turn out that I had to look there - "there are around 20 commercial vehicles there, you didn't even notice it," he says.

He suspects the time of the theft was about five days ago, when some number plates were stolen from the neighbors - Huber suspects there is a connection.

The police are asking for information

The damage is enormous at 88,000 euros.

The last time they stole was five years ago, when a Fiat Ducato was stolen – which, however, ended up in Garching, as Huber recalls.

That something like this will happen again is unlikely.

The police are asking for information on the possible perpetrators on Tel. 0881/6400.
